We partner with Printful to custom make our products on-demand. Printful prides itself on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all orders go through a 3-step quality check before shipment. 

 

Shipping Policy

Your order is custom made and delivered in 7 to 12 business days.

  • We custom-make your product in 3-7 business days, after which it's shipped out. 50% of our orders are ready for shipping within 3 business days or less.
  • Shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
  • Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email notification with a link to track your package.

If item fails to deliver

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver your item because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it’ll be returned to us. We'll then put a hold on the order for 30 days. During this time, you’ll get an email from us asking for the correct shipping address. If it turns out that you entered the wrong address at the time of purchase, we'll reship your item to the new address but you will have to pay the shipping charges so it's important to double-check that you've entered the correct address before you make your purchase.  

Damaged Item

If a misprinted/damaged/defective item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement at no cost. You have 15 days after the product has been received to contact us and submit a claim. We'll ask for a detailed description of the problem and quality photos where we can verify the issue and work out the best solution.

Buyer's Remorse

We make your product on-demand just for you so we can't offer refunds should you decide you no longer want your product after it arrives. However, if the product is damaged upon arrival then we'll ship you another one at no additional cost (see Damaged item above).

Size Exchanges

Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds or exchanges. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. Each product page has a size guide to help you make the right decision so please double-check this before you make your purchase.

Order lost in Transit

All our shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still haven't received your order, the package might be lost in transit.

To verify a package lost in transit do this:

Step 1:

Find the tracking link in one of our order notification emails and look at the tracking log. If you see limited or no entries in the tracking log, the package was most likely lost in transit (jump to Step 2).

Step 2:

Confirm the shipping address if it's past the estimate delivery time. 

  • If the address was correct, and your package still hasn’t arrived, then check with your local post office to see if your order is there. 
  • If the address was incorrect, then the package will be sent back to us and we’ll contact you for an updated address. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. If we don’t receive the return package then, unfortunately, you’ll have to submit a new order to replace the original.
If your package was marked as delivered but you haven't received it check to see if the package was left at any unexpected location at your address. Please note that we don't offer refunds due to carrier errors.
