How you can use our stock media

You may incorporate STEVE TANNER STOCK into any media project, commercial or otherwise, including feature films, broadcast, educational, multimedia, games, social media, and print.

 

Our stock media is royalty-free

For any stock file you purchase from STEVE TANNER STOCK, that file is yours to keep forever royalty-free, but this does not mean you “own” the stock file. The copyright remains with the creator.

 

Your can share our stock media freely with others as long as it is incorporated into a final project

Once your purchased stock file is incorporated into a final project, that project can be distributed commercially and freely shared with others, including your clients or company, and no separate license is needed for those recipients.

 

Restrictions and limitations

  • Each purchase of STEVE TANNER STOCK is subject to this License Agreement. By making a purchase, you automatically agree to the listed terms and conditions.

  • You can’t re-sell, re-license or redistribute a standalone file you purchase from us, it must be incorporated into a finished product, nor can you build your own stock media site with our stock files.

  • Be aware that trademarks, logos, or copyrights depicted within our stock files may be protected by copyright and trademark law and should be used at your own risk.

  • You cannot create a trademark or logo with our stock file since that could block other customers from using the stock file.

  • Your are responsible for claims due to infringement on intellectual property rights of any third party in the stock file you purchase from us.

  • We are not responsible should any content shown in our stock file require permission to use in your production. 

  • You cannot share the stock file you purchase with anyone else for their personal or commercial use. That said, if you are working on a project and need to show someone else, such as a client, one of our files for the sole purpose of getting their input on whether or not to incorporate the file into your project, that is perfectly fine.

  • In no event, including negligence, will we be liable to you or any third party for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind that should occur from using our stock file.

  • You cannot use our stock files to harm minors, to encourage violence or hate, or for an unlawful purpose, such as defamation.
